SHOULDER BURSITIS

For over 9 months now I have suffered shoulder bursitis with an agonising deep ache at night making it very difficult to find a comfortable position to sleep in or to roll over in bed.

I have tried Bowen, acupuncture, biomesotherapy (homeopathic saline injections), massage (did help for 1 night), reflexology, B12 spray, Curacumin (did help but I don't like pills), KT Tape strapping and even a bit of self brutality along the way as I got more desperate.

If you have bursitis you'll know what I mean. It's a fluid sac that sits in the rotator cuff joint and through repetitive movement it gets inflamed. A little hard to do as we use our shoulders for most things.

Last night with the help of hubby we cupped the entire shoulder, upper traps and deltoid areas and I had a pain free night's sleep. It's early days but I'm feeling positive and will keep you posted as I continue treatment over the next few nights.
