The Benefits of Hanging Upside Down

For my bulging disc and scoliosis clients I think these are an absolute must. 

My family bought an inversion table 25 years ago. I bought the same one 5 years ago and have never regretted the purchase. When my back gets sore from too much bending I use my inversion table to stretch out my spine, within 5 mins of hanging upside down my pain is gone and my back feels good. 

With the invention of the yoga trapeze I am now recommending this to many of my back pain sufferers, especially my tradies.
