The Benefits of Hanging Upside Down

For my bulging disc and scoliosis clients I think these are an absolute must.

My family bought an inversion table 25 years ago. I bought the same one 5 years ago and have never regretted the purchase. When my back gets sore from too much bending I use my inversion table to stretch out my spine, within 5 mins of hanging upside down my pain is gone and my back feels good.

With the invention of the yoga trapeze I am now recommending this to many of my back pain sufferers, especially my tradies. It's something you and the whole family can use everyday for 5 mins that can make a huge difference to your spine.

Here is an article with information on the swing. There are plenty of good deals on eBay so hunt around if you decide to get one http://inversionhelps.com/can-inversion-swing-stop-back-pa…/
